Craig Paulus has been the State President for Foundation Title & Escrow, a position held since 2020. He is more than a closing attorney. He brings over 20 years of dedicated legal experience in real estate transactions. He has been a litigator working on cases in a variety of areas nationwide. He has been an executive in several businesses and board member for several non-profit organizations. Craig has experience as a bank director and was one of founders of one of the very few de novo banks to launch in the past decade. His experience extends from assisting entrepreneurs launch businesses in a variety of industries to helping first-time homebuyers. His thorough understanding of real estate law, combined with his detail-oriented approach, ensures that every transaction is handled with precision and care.

Anna Claire Terry joined the firm in 2024. Anna Claire is from Moulton, Alabama and studied at Auburn University and then continued her law degree at Birmingham School of Law. She is experienced in drafting legal documents in areas of real estate, domestic relations, probate and estate planning.

Ryan Blount was born in Nashville, Tennessee, but grew up in the Huntsville area. He received his undergraduate degree and his law degree at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from law school, he worked in Anniston, Alabama, where his practice focused on real estate and business law. In 2007, he returned to Huntsville, where he worked for twelve years practicing in the areas of civil litigation, corporate and contracts law, employment law, and commercial real estate, before joining The Paulus Law Firm, P.C. in 2019. He has nearly two decades of experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts for corporate clients at the local, national, and international levels. Much of his current practice centers on commercial and residential real estate, including drafting and negotiating contracts; forming homeowner’s associations, joint ventures, and real estate holding companies; advising clients on topics like real estate wholesaling and investing; and performing closings. He also assists clients with contracts relating to a variety of other industries, does estate planning work, assists clients with forming new companies, and does a range of other transactional legal work, including corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Craig Paulus is a Huntsville native that decided to return to his hometown to serve his community. He attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a degree in English and Political Science. He went on to get his law degree at The University of Kentucky College of Law. After meeting and marrying his wife, he worked as a litigator in Cincinnati, Ohio. He returned to Huntsville and began The Paulus Law Firm, P.C., in 2005, where he transitioned to transactional practice representing various corporations, non-profits, and individuals in business transactions, including entity selection and formation, private placements, and corporate restructuring. As part of the scope of his practice, he does estate planning.
